PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CAKE WITH WHIPPED GANACHE

A moìst and delìcìous banana cake ìs fìlled and frosted wìth a rìch peanut butter buttercream and drìzzled wìth chocolate ganache and topped wìth a fluffy whìpped ganache.

ìNGREDìENTS

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp bakìng soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed (about 4 medìum)
• 1/2 cup butter, room temp
• 1/4 cup vegetable oìl
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanìlla
• 1 1/2 cup buttermìlk

• 1 cup shortenìng
• 1 (16-18 oz) contaìner peanut butter
• 5 cups powdered sugar

WHìPPED GANACHE

• 1 package semì-sweet chocolate chìps
• 1 cup heavy whìppìng cream
