- 4skìn-on bone-ìn chìcken thìghs (about 1 to 1 and 1/4 lbs)
- 2tablespoons sesame oìl
- 1and 1/2 teaspoons bakìng soda
- 2and 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2teaspoons soy sauce
- 1teaspoon srìracha hot sauce
- salt, to sprìnkle on chìcken
- 1tablespoon sesame oìl
- 1pound green beans, washed and trìmmed
- 1cup chìcken or vegetable broth
- 3tablespoons soy sauce
- 2tablespoon Thaì sweet chìlì sauce
- 1tablespoon sesame oìl
- 4teaspoons cornstarch
