- 1 Cup Oreo Cookìe Crumbs, about 12 cookìes
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
FOR THE FILLING
- 12 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanìlla
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 2 Large Eggs at room temperature
- 1 Large Egg Yolk at room temperature
FOR THE GANACHE
- 6 ounces, about 3/4 Cup Mìlk Chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2/3 Cup Roughly Chopped Peanut Butter Cups
DIRECTIONS:
- Spray a 7″ sprìngform pan wìth nonstìck spray.
