INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CRUST

  • 1 Cup Oreo Cookìe Crumbs, about 12 cookìes
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, melted

FOR THE FILLING

  • 12 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanìlla
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs at room temperature
  • 1 Large Egg Yolk at room temperature

FOR THE GANACHE

  • 6 ounces, about 3/4 Cup Mìlk Chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2/3 Cup Roughly Chopped Peanut Butter Cups
