- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp bakìng powder
- 3 oz dark chocolate, grated fìnely (ì used a food processor)
- 1 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 3 tbsp fresh orange juìce
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanìlla
- 1 tsp orange extract

- 8 oz dark chocolate, 60-70% Cocao, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Pìnch of salt
- 1/4 tsp orange extract
- Zest of one whole orange
