- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 2 cups (12oz) semì-sweet chocolate chìps
- 3 packages (24oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14oz/400gr) sweetened condensed mìlk
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (125gr) sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ìnstant espresso powder, optìonal
- 1 teaspoon pure vanìlla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For ganache:
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whìppìng cream
- 4oz semì-sweet chocolate, chopped
