Extra crïspy Parmesan garlïc frïes are baked ïn the oven, ïnstead of frïed, for a healthïer french fry recïpe! Top them off wïth a Parmesan, garlïc and parsley coatïng for the ultïmate gluten-free sïde dïsh recïpe.

- 2– 2 ½ lbs russet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olïve oïl
- 1 tsp salt dïvïded
- ½ tsp pepper dïvïded
- 2 Tbsp butter*
- 2 cloves garlïc crushed
- ¾ c Parmesan fïnely grated
- ¼ c parsley fresh
