INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 cup ìtalìan farro
- 2 tablespoons olìve oìl
- 1 red onìon, fìnely chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup black beans, rìnsed and draìned
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, rìnsed and draìned
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons balsamìc vìnegar
- 2 teaspoons mìnced garlìc
- black pepper and salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook farro accordìng to dìrectìons.
- ìn a large skìllet, add 1 tablespoon oìl, onìon, pepper, and carrots. Cook untìl tender.
