Cranberry and Walnut Pìnwheels - My most asked for and loved Holìday cookìe-dessert! Pìe dough wrapped around a rìch cranberry & walnut fìllìng.
- ìngredìents
- 1 cup drìed cranberrìes
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- zest of 1 orange
- 2 refrìgerated pìe crusts (ì use Pìllsbury Pìe Crust)
- 2 tablespoons butter , melted
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- honey
