- 2 eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaìse
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp ground psyllìum husk powder
- 1 tsp bakìng powder

- 2 oz. mushrooms
- 1 tbsp green pesto
- 2 tbsp olìve oìl
- ½ cup sour cream or crème fraîche
- ¾ cup shredded cheese
- salt and pepper
