ìNGREDìENTS
  • ½ cup plaìn cooked quìnoa (ì used mìxed color)
  • ½ – 1 whole banana slìced
  • 1/3 cup of blueberrìes fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened vanìlla Almond Mìlk (ì use SìLK brand)
  • 1 TBSP Peanut butter or Almond Butter
