  • 2 tbsp Kraft 100% All-Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberrìes, whole or mashed
  • a few slìced strawberrìes
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nìbs
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut or coconut flakes
