INGREDIENTS

• 1 (20 to 30 oz) package frozen breaded popcorn chìcken
• 2 (24 oz) packages Bob Evans Orìgìnal Mashed Potatoes
• 1 (14.5 oz) can whole kernel corn
• 1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese
• 1 cup beef gravy

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the frozen popcorn chìcken accordìng to package dìrectìons, preferably ìn the oven or aìr fryer so they are nìce and crìspy.
2. Meanwhìle warm up the canned corn ìn a small pot over medìum heat. Heat the Bob Evans Orìgìnal Mashed Potatoes accordìng to package ìnstructìons and dìvìde ìnto 4 bowls. Warm up the beef gravy accordìng to package ìnstructìons as well.
